Who we are

EJ Auto Tinting operates this website at ejautotinting.com. The shop is at 230 Don Park Rd, Unit 3, Markham, ON L3R 2P7. You can reach us at (905) 470-1780.

You do not need an account to use the site. Google sign-in is only for staff.

What we collect

When you ask for a quote, we collect:

• Your phone number
• Your vehicle’s make and model
• The year, if you give it
• The windows and add-ons you select
• A message, if you write one

We also save the IP address the request came from and an approximate location, such as city, region, and country.

If you upload a photo in the tint simulator, that image is used to build your preview. We do not store the photo.

Public pages use Google Analytics and Google Ads. When a quote is completed, we also send your phone number to Google so the conversion can be measured.

How we use it

We use quote details to respond to you. We send a text with those details to the shop only. We do not text you.

The call button places a normal phone call to the shop. It does not send us a form. A simulator photo is used only to find the windows and show you a preview.

A bot-protection check runs on the quote form, the call button, and the tint simulator. The site also uses a call-tracking provider. We keep short-lived records so we can limit repeated requests and protect the site.

Who we share it with

• Google hosts the site and stores quote requests. Google Analytics and Google Ads run on the public pages, and a completed quote sends your phone number to Google. Google sign-in is only for staff.
• A text-messaging provider delivers the quote text to the shop.
• A bot-protection provider checks the quote form, the call button, and the tint simulator.
• An IP-based location lookup service supplies the approximate location saved with a quote.
• An image-processing provider receives a photo you upload in the tint simulator. We do not keep that photo.
• A call-tracking provider is loaded on the site.

How long we keep it

We keep quote records until we delete them. Rate-limit and security records are short-lived.
